Adjustment of sanitary sewer manholes and sanitary sewer flush holes to grade on various streets within the City of Napa that have been overlaid with approximately 2.5 inches of asphalt concrete. A valid Class A, Class C-34, or Class C-42 California contractor's license is required to bid on this project.
