2023-2024 Treatment Plan Improvement Project (CIP 22706)
The general scope of work for this project includes replacement of two primary clarifier drives and two secondary clarifier metal componets, and a new secondary clarifier coating system. Also included in the scope of work is the replacement of the ferric chloride chemical storage tank, piping, valves, accessories, and coating system replacement; sodium bisulfite chemical storage tank, piping, valves, accessories, and coating system; RAS/WAS wetwell discharge elbows and piping; H-Pad piping valves and pipe coating system; secondary effluent pump station valves; and Pond 4 pump station valves.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time, on March 2, 2023 at 1515 Soscol Ferry Road, Napa, California. A site visit will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference and subsequent site visit is mandatory for all contractors submitting a bid. Failure to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will make any bid submitted by Bidder unresponsive and will be rejected. Supplemental site visits may be scheduled after the pre-bid meeting by contacting gglascott@napasan.com. Supplemental site visits must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.
